Join accredited mindfulness teacher Rachael Pinks at The Old Lock Up gallery in Cromford for an 8 week mindfulness course.
Costs £180 for 8 weeks - on booking you pay a £50 deposit which is refundable up to 21 days before the start date.
Remaining balance can be paid via 3 instalments £44: monthly. Or in full 3 weeks before the start date: you’ll be contacted via email once you’ve booked a place.
